This press release is being communicated as an update to Press release PR 614/25, issued on 29th November, 2025, in connection with a robbery from a gaming outlet in Triq D’ Argens, Gżira.
Intensive investigations have led the Police to identify and arrest the suspects, two men, a 33-year-old from Birżebbuġa and a 29-year-old from Birkirkara, and a 42-year-old woman from Marsascala.
In the robbery, the alleged thieves escaped with an amount of cash. An employee in the shop, a 35-year-old woman, was not injured.
The three persons are expected to be arraigned in Court today at around 1400 hrs in front of Magistrate Dr Lara Lanfranco LL. D.
