A trained police officer will contact you at the specified time using your preferred communication method:
WhatsApp, Google Meet, Apple FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, or a Regular Voice Call.
During the call, the officer will ask questions to ensure all necessary information is collected for the report. You can also show any damages or evidence via video call.
If required, you will be asked to send additional information such as photographs or documents via email.
The officer will compile a comprehensive report with all the details you provided and enter it into the National Police System.
You will be provided with a Police Report Number and a digital copy of your report.
For certain cases requiring further investigation, the report will be referred to the respective district or unit for follow-up.
