The Police are investigating an incident where two jet skis collided in the area of Balluta Bay.
It was around 1630 hrs, when the Police were informed that a person had been admitted to Mater Dei Hospital earlier, suffering from serious injuries.
The Police went to the scene of the accident and from preliminary investigations, it resulted that the victim is an 18-year-old Albanian man. It also resulted that after the collision, he was taken ashore by means of a dinghy and then taken to Mater Dei Hospital by an ambulance.
The Police are carrying out investigations.
