Argument in Sannat, Gozo

(PR 242/25) 

Yesterday, at around 2000hrs, the Police were informed that there was an argument in an establishment in Triq Ta’ Ċenċ, Sannat, Gozo.

The Police immediately went to the scene where they found a 33-year-old man resident in Nadur, with some injuries allegedly caused by a glass bottle. A medical team was called to the scene and an ambulance took the man to the Gozo General Hospital.

At the same time, the Police were informed that earlier a 42-year-old woman from Nadur had also been admitted to hospital who was injured in the same argument.

Both of them have been certified with grievous injuries.

On this case, the Police are speaking to a person to assist them, while investigations are ongoing.
