In accordance with the Clamping and Removal of Motor Vehicles and Encumbering Objects Regulations (SL 65.13), we are publishing a list of vehicles removed from the road under the authority granted to the police.
Respective owners are to retrieve their motor vehicle from the Malta Police Force upon submission of proof of ownership and upon payment of the applicable registration tax, licences, contraventions and other administration fees that may be due.
Vehicles which are not retrieved and for which any applicable registration tax, licences, contraventions and other fees are not paid by the disposal date, will be auctioned and, if not sold, will be destroyed.
